Sample Collection & Returns

For accurate test results, it is your responsibility to carefully follow the instructions provided in your test kit. This includes:

  • Activating your test online before collecting your sample.
  • Collecting and storing your blood sample properly as per the provided guidelines.
  • Returning your sample promptly using the prepaid return packaging included in your kit.

Return Responsibility

  • We provide secure packaging to help protect your sample during transit.
  • However, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged samples before they reach our laboratory.

Important: To ensure the highest accuracy, please send your sample on the same day it is collected or as soon as possible.

Test Processing & Result Turnaround

Once your sample is received at our laboratory and successfully processed:

  • Results are typically available within 7 working days of sample receipt.
  • This timeframe assumes normal lab conditions and a properly collected, undamaged sample.
  • Delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances. While we aim for timely processing, we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe for results.

You will receive an email notification once your results are ready, accessible via your secure online account.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Below are our refund and cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before your test kit has been dispatched.
  • Unused Test Refunds: In compliance with consumer protection laws, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the test kit remains unused and unopened.
  • Used Test Kits: Due to the nature of the service, we cannot issue refunds once a test kit has been used.
  • Service Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Third-Party Payment Disputes: If you request a refund via PayPal or another payment provider, this may significantly delay our ability to assist you directly.

Money-Back Guarantee: If your test results indicate “No Reaction” to all tested food groups, you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). This applies only to direct purchases from our website. Please contact us at tolereasetesting@outlook.com with your name, order number, and purchase date to request a refund. If eligible, your refund will typically be processed within 12 working days.
